We are the direct manufacturer of Poddie Booths and sell directly to you, the end customer.
In contrast, other providers usually involve 1-3 intermediaries who earn from the phone booth.

HOW DOES PODDIE STAND OUT FROM THE REST?

How does sound insulation work?

Regarding Construction: Our Phone Booths have all the essential features for good sound insulation: multi-layered wall structure, soundproof ventilation systems in the floor and ceiling modules, glass pane, and high-quality seals.
The door construction is crucial! Special seals are installed on each side. The glass door is securely closed with a high-quality door handle (no magnetic closure or similar).

CAN YOU HEAT ANYTHING OUTSIDE THE PHONE BOOTH?

In a normal office atmosphere (with low background noise), no one outside the phone booth or meeting booth can understand you! If someone makes an effort, they might hear a faint murmur, but they won't understand anything!

DOES IT GET STUFFY IN THE PHONE BOOTH?

Our ventilation system ventilates the phone and meeting booths with a high volume of fresh air. For example, in Poddie Phone, the entire interior air is exchanged within about 2 minutes. So, the air inside our poddies is the same as in the rest of the office.

HOW DOES THE VENTILATION WORK?

The Ventilation of Our Phone Booths occurs through so-called acoustic traps in the ceiling and floor modules, allowing a soundproof air exchange. The Air is channeled through a nested system lined with sound absorbers. This way, noises are absorbed, and they don't reach inside or outside the phone booth.

2x Fans in the Ceiling Module That Push Air from Above into the Phone Booth
2 x fans in the floor module that suction air from inside and expel it outside.

4x Fans in the Ceiling Module That Push Air from Above Into the Phone Booth

HOW LONG CAN YOU STAY IN THE PHONE BOOTH?

Our booths are designed for both short and longer work intervals. In principle, there are no limits to the length of stay.
We occasionally receive stories from customers who actually work the entire day in a poddie phone phone booth.
However, for permanent work in a soundproof environment, we still recommend Poddie Work

IS THE LIGHTING SUITABLE FOR VIDEO CALLS?

The Light in Our Phone Booth is designed for video conferences. You'll be frontally illuminated and look great! No worries ;-)

CAN I MOVE THE PHONE BOOTH IN THE OFFICE?

For all three models, we offer the additional option “Moving Kit.”
We have developed this clever solution to move our phone booths within the office without complete disassembly.

Our Moving Kit consists of four specially designed gliders, combined with heavy-duty rollers. To move your phone booth, simply turn the gliders upward, placing the entire box on rollers. Once the box is moved to the desired location, simply readjust the gliders so that the phone booth has firm ground contact again.

IS PODDIE AVAILABLE IN DIFFERENT COLORS?

Yes, our booths are available in white and anthracite.

CAN I ORDER THE PHONE BOOTH WITH ETHERNET CONNECTION?

Yes, we offer a LAN connection as an additional option for all three models.

THAT ALL LOOKS GREAT! WHAT'S THE CATCH?

This question is often asked. We are the price leader for phone booths in the European market.
Therefore, it is often assumed that there must be significant differences compared to higher-priced phone booths.

Our phone booth has all the features needed for a good phone booth: good sound insulation, powerful ventilation, power, and light. Our poddie stands up to anyone!
However, we offer only 2 colors and only the essential extras. This allows us to produce large quantities cost-effectively.

We aim to offer a phone booth to every company at a fair price and therefore sell our phone booths directly.

DELIVERY

HOW IS THE DELIVERY DONE?

Delivery can proceed in two different ways:

1) Delivery by Freight and Subsequent Self-Assembly.
We offer self-assembly and, therefore, delivery by freight only for our poddie phone.

2) Delivery and assembly by our assembly team.
Delivery and Assembly by our Assembly Team can be optionally booked for Poddie Phone. Due to complexity, we offer professional assembly only for Poddie Work and Poddie Meet.

HOW IS THE DELIVERY OF PODDIE PHONE DONE?

The Phone Booth is delivered by Freight “Free Curb.” The individual elements are attached to a 230cm x 120cm pallet.
After acceptance, you simply carry the individual elements (securely packaged in cartons) into your office. The side walls, each weighing 52 kg, are the heaviest elements.

HOW DIFFICULT IS THE ASSEMBLY OF PODDIE PHONE?

The Assembly can be easily carried out by anyone with some handy skills.
The pure assembly time is approximately 1 hour. The handling of the elements and the disposal of the packaging are, of course, also necessary. Alternatively, we offer assembly by our own installers.Here You will find further information about the assembly.

CAN PODDIE ALSO BE ASSEMBLED BY PROFESSIONALS?

Yes, of course! Our installers will set up your phone booth or meeting booth in your office. It's an all-around carefree package, and you don't have to worry about anything! We offer professional assembly only for Poddie Work and Poddie Meet.

CAN IT BE DELIVERED ABROAD?

We generally deliver throughout Europe and to Switzerland. For other destinations, please contact us by email.

If you are not satisfied with the phone booth, we offer a 30-day return policy. The phone booth is shipped back to us, and we refund the product costs. The return policy is only offered for Poddie Phone.
Poddie Work and Poddie Meet are excluded from the return policy.
